I can't say life has been a bed of roses, but I will praise God. I will praise God in good times and praise him when the going gets tough. Its easy to say but hard to carry out.

Last night in cell grp we talked bout preparing for rain in drought. And it made me think , mayb all those times i prayed and nothing happened was because i wasn't prepared for it to happen. Then i thought back to when i was younger to what my mother told me before one of my math papers. She told me that the horses are ready for battle , but the battle lies in God's hands.She asked me if i was ready ,and i said yes .And i prayed bout it, but i still failed the paper. Looking back i realised why i failed the paper, i had faith in God, but my horses were not ready for battle and i wasn't prepared for the paper at all.

On the way home in the car i thought bout it more . I really do need to prepare for rain in this drought , this is my drought and he will bring rain for me.
